What is the child ticketing policy?
Child tickets are available for children aged 3 to 12 years. Children under 2 years travel free but must sit on an adult’s lap. All children must be accompanied by an adult. Strollers and pushchairs must be folded and stored on the lower deck.
How do I activate my ticket?
On the day of travel, use the Big Bus Tours app to activate your ticket. Once your ticket countdown has started, simply show your activated ticket to the driver to board.
If for any reason, you can't activate your ticket via the app, you can still show your printed ticket or QR to a member of staff at one of our stops, aboard the bus or at the BIG BUS & DUCK counter at Suntec City Mall Tower 2, #01-K8, 3 Temasek Boulevard. They'll issue you a paper ticket that you'll be able to use to hop on the bus throughout the validity of your ticket.
What languages is the audio commentary available in?
Pre-recorded commentary is available on most buses in the following languages:
English, Chinese, French, German, Japanese, Korean and Italian.
Is the bus accessible for wheelchairs?
Yes, the lower deck is accessible. The upper deck and some routes may not be suitable for wheelchair users.
What are the tour hours?
First departures begin at 9:30 AM from Stop 1 (Suntec City Tourist Hub), with service every 25–40 minutes until 5:20 PM.
Can I get a refund?
If you booked via Big Bus, use their app or go to bigbustours.com/contactSGP. If booked through a third party, contact them directly.
What are the tour departure times?
First departures begin at 9:30 AM from Stop 1 (Suntec City Tourist Hub). Buses run every 25–40 minutes until around 5:20 PM, depending on the season. You may also board at other key stops like Stop 11 (Botanic Gardens) or Stop 17 (Art Museum).
How do I reschedule my booking?
Email sales@ducktours.com.sg at least 1 working day in advance. Late or same-day reschedule requests will not be accepted.
Are food and drinks allowed on board?
No food or drinks are allowed on the bus, except plain drinking water.
